What is the Poologics cancellation and renewal policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@poologics.com or by submitting a Cancellation Request on our website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No refunds will be offered for subscriptions cancelled before the Initial Term (the initial subscription term) or Renewal Term (subsequent renewal subscriptions based on the Initial Term) end date. At the end of the subscription Initial Term and each anniversary of the Initial Term, this EULA will automatically renew for a successive subscription period.

What does onboarding look like?
Once you subscribe, our team guides you through a structured onboarding process to ensure your CRM, estimates, projects, and financial workflows are set up correctly. You’ll be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who works with you directly to get everything configured, import your data, and train your team.
You won’t be left figuring it out on your own. There’s a real person walking you through the process, answering questions, and making sure you’re fully up and running so you can start seeing value quickly.
What countries and languages do you support?
The Poologics software platform is currently only set up to support languages in English speaking countries right now like the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom and Australia. However, we do offer many currency configurations in the company settings.
Our support hours are set to follow US business hours but users may send any support requests via the help center or email at any time.
