2. We'll Take it from There

Once we receive your referral, our team will follow up promptly. We’ll reach out, answer any questions they have, and schedule a demo if they’re interested. You don’t need to do any hand-holding—we’ll guide them through the entire process from intro to onboarding.

3. They Subscribe. You Get Paid

If your referral signs up and remains an active Poologics customer for at least 60 days, you’ll receive a $300 Amazon gift card. It’s our way of saying thanks for helping us grow the Poologics community with like-minded pool pros.

  • Who can make a referral?

    Anyone! Current customers, past customers, even fans of Poologics who’ve never used the platform. Just note: self-referrals or referrals within the same company aren’t eligible.

  • How do I make a referral?

    Simply fill out the referral form below. All we need are your details and your referral’s contact info—we’ll take it from there.

  • When do I get paid?

    You’ll receive a $300 gift card after your referral becomes a paying Poologics customer and stays active for at least 60 days.

  • Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

    Nope! Refer as many pool builders as you’d like. There’s no cap on rewards, and we’d love to meet your entire network.

  • What kind of gift card will I receive?

    We’ll send you a $300 Amazon gift card, delivered electronically via email. It’s fast, easy, and lets you pick exactly what you want.

  • What if they don’t stay an active customer for 60 days?

    To qualify for the referral reward, your referral must remain an active, paying Poologics customer for at least 30 days. If they cancel before that, the reward won’t be issued—but you’re always welcome to refer someone else!

  • What if I've referred somebody in the past?

    Only referrals submitted through the official referral form moving forward are eligible. Past referrals don’t qualify for rewards—but we appreciate you spreading the word!

  • Is this just for software referrals?

    Not at all! Referrals for websites and marketing services also qualify for the $300 reward, as long as the referral becomes a paying customer for more than 60 days.

  • Does it matter what plan they sign up for?

    Nope. Whether they sign up for a monthly, quarterly, or annual plan they’re eligible. As long as they’re active for 60 days, you qualify for the reward.
